General Terms and Conditions

TemporaryTattoos4U prides itself on having extremely happy customers.  If you are unhappy about something, then please let us know, by using the form on the ‘Contact Us’ page.  If we don’t know there is a problem then we can’t fix it.                 

All orders will be sent out by 1^st class Royal Mail post.  We aim to despatch within 2 business days however during busy periods we can only guarantee to despatch within 7 working days. (Working days are Monday to Friday).  For all deliveries outside of the UK we will post using Royal Mail Airmail service.

We hold literally thousands of tattoos in stock, however for any unforeseen reason we are temporarily out of stock and unable to fulfil your order we will contact you via email giving you the option of choosing another item of the same value for cancelling your order.

All prices displayed on this web site are in UK Pounds and include VAT.

When you order via our website, no credit card details are held by us. All monetary transactions are carried out independent of our system under encrypted secure hosting, via PayPal. No card details are held in clear text on any web site.

TemporaryTattoos4U  has a No Quibble Refund Policy. We know our Tattoos are of the highest quality you can buy on the web and as such if you receive them and are not happy with them, for whatever reason, you can return them to us within 14 days and we will be happy to provide you with a full refund.  All returns must be unopened and undamaged. Postage costs will not be refunded and we suggest that you return them via special delivery so that you can obtain a proof of postage.   Your statutory rights are not affected.

Orders are taken subject to availability of products. If we do not supply any products ordered for any reason, we will refund any money already paid for those products. However, we will not be liable for any other losses, expenses or consequential costs, which you may suffer if we do not supply them.

In order to ensure all items are of the highest quality we reserve the right to alter, amend and improve items specified in our literature or website without prior written notification.  Should an item be deleted, altered or amended in any way we reserve the right to send an alternative of equal or improved quality at no extra cost to you the purchaser.

Except as specifically stated on this Web site, to the fullest extent permitted at law, neither TemporaryTattoos4U nor any of its affiliates, directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this Web site. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties. For the avoidance of doubt, TemporaryTattoos4U does not limit its liability for death or personal injury to the extent only that it arises as a result of the negligence of TemporaryTattoos4U, its affiliates, directors, employees or other representatives.

In the event of any litigation arising from ordering goods or accessing data on this web site, the purchaser agrees that at any such litigation will only be subject to English law and would only be tried in English Courts.
